Colors shown are offI was very excited about this chair. I ordered the pink one, which looks like a pale pink on the website. I received it and it is bright Barbie, Pepto Bismal pink. Otherwise beautiful chair but Im trying to return it because the color is so awful. I have contacted customer service and not heard back from them which is disappointing. I am expecting them to pay for shipping both ways or to wxchange it since the color is very misleading. And btw it looked the same on several different laptops so I know it wasnt my computer.

White Glove Service includes delivery, unpacking, assembly, and placement of the item on the ground floor of your home. If your item needs to move up or down a flight of stairs, an additional fee will apply. All packing materials will be removed. The carrier brings the item into the room or area you specify (on the ground floor), uncrates it, assembles it (if necessary), positions it, and removes all shipping materials. Please note: this service does not include wall mounting of any kind or moving the item up or down stairs.
White Glove Service is offered for an additional cost of $50 per order. If you do not choose this delivery option at the time you place your order, but wish to do so later, you will be charged an additional fee by the carrier.
