The original of this rustic basket was used by farmers in China more than 100 years ago to carry fruits, vegetables, or flowers to and from the market. Our basket's tightly woven wicker and straw is quite sturdy and makes a beautiful home for magazines or fireplace kindling. Its generous size also makes it a perfect picnic basket. The color varies from a light brown to light tan with hints of red. Sizes and color will vary.
