Wonderful piece, tremendous customer service
**Update to previous review After Wisteria learned of the problem I was having with the drawers of this chest, they graciously offered to fix the problem and replace the disfunctional chest. The new chest arrived and the drawers work very well, easily open and close. I can now happily report that the function of this piece is as wonderful as its looks. Thanks so much Wisteria!

Thank you for your valuable feedback. This handmade chest is a perfect reproduction of a French antique. Therefore, it does not have metal slides like some modern day furniture. We are extremely proud of the quality of this piece and were surprised to learn that your drawers do not function smoothly. Our customer service department will be in contact with you soon.
Drawers not functional
Dresser is very pretty and looks exactly as pictured - however the drawers have no tracks and the stops are awkward. It is very difficult to open and close the drawers as it requires two hands and is not smooth at all. The drawers are absolutely not ideal for everyday/frequent use. This dresser is not as high quality as the price would suggest and is much lower quality than other Wisteria items I own.
