This statuesque bookcase was inspired by the French Directoire style, 1795-1799 in French history. Its distressed acacia wood gives it a sophisticated, handsome look. This bookcase has a cremone bolt handle, an interesting locking mechanism that bolts the doors from both the top and bottom. An old French brand is embossed on each handle, giving each bookcase added character. Finish will vary.
