Mirror

It is a little chunkier than it looks in the picture. I thought the structure of it would be more fine lined. Still it is whimsical and it makes a good focal point for my eclectic living room. Customer service was fantastic.

Unique and Pretty

I had been considering purchasing this mirror for months and finally ordered when free shipping was offered. Its very pretty and unique but not the golden color that it appears on the website. A little disappointed in that regard. Its darker which has posed a dilema for me as Im not certain I will hang it where I had planned to. Will keep it anyway because its unique and interesting.

Impressive piece, even if its not wood.

I was pleasantly surprised when this mirror arrived. It adds a great deal of light to my dark-ish bedroom, and I think its best for that purpose. The other reviewers are disappointed this mirror is not wood, but if it were, it would weigh a ton! And you cant really tell unless you look very carefully. Thats probably one reason why it wouldnt work very well in a very bright room. All that being said, I got it in the one-day mirror sale, and it was worth the discounted price.

Not exactly as expected but still beautiful!

As for the other reviews, I did not read anywhere that this piece was made of wood. Acutally the description does not say the material. So when it arrived, I was a little disappointed to feel the material was plastic-like, however you would never notice unless you pick it up. This makes it relatively lightweight which is a good thing in my opinion. It does state that the piece is 20lb. If this thing was wood it would be pushing over 50lbs. I did not have any problems with the mirror falling apart. It was in perfect condition. I purchased this item on sale, so as beautiful as it looks hanging on my wall, Im happy with the purchase. It does everything I expected it to, cast beautiful reflections & look amazing. It really steals the show. I would recommend the product for anyone who truly wants the look of this mirror and not expecting $700 quality for under $300. It truly looks like an antique & no one but you will no the better!

Not wood, made of foam or plastic

When it arrived the center mirror slid out as I removed it from the box. Part of the mirror frame in the back was crushed. It revealed that the mirrors base material is a sort of foam or plastic. Very poorly made and unfortunately it just doesnt have the quality look that comes across in the pictures. I was disappointed and didnt replace it with my return.

This is wood? It seems like foam .

Not happy with the quality of this mirror. Its supposed to be wood but it feels like hard foam. If Id known about the quality I would not have bought it.
