I purchased a couple of sets a few years ago and only a few have held up okay. Most of them have cloudy glass that is impossible to clean, the itching is fine, but the entire glass looks horribly dirty, smudged, cloudy and dirty, as though I don't know how to clean a glass! I've tried everything. A really cheap product, which of course, is no longer returnable, but since when don't glasses hold up for a few, if not several years? I happened to look at reviews to see if I am the only one - nope, it's a product problem. STOP selling junk, Wisteria. Treat your customers with respect! On the plus side: perfect size, easy to hold.

I purchased two set of these glasses for a party. They are very versatile in their use. They work equally well in a casual setting and are stunning for a more elegant event.
I purchased two sets of these glasses and am so extremely happy with them. We use them as everyday glasses and they are washed in the dishwasher. We havent broken one yet. They are so beautiful I love the size and shape. I will most definitely be buying more.
The glasses are beautiful but 5 of the 6 arrived broken. They did not have a packing label or gift card so I don't know who to thank. The customer service representative was lovely, however she said she cannot replace the broken product without the packing number. She said I will need to wait until the person who sent them contacts me to let me know they are from them.
I would have to rate them a 1 because I only received one unbroken. Otherwise, I would have rated them a 4.
I love these glasses. I have given them as gifts and would like to reorder, but apparently they are much in demand because they are out of stock. They are elegant, feel good in your hand and hold up in the dishwasher. Love them!
These were on backorder for a while but I am glad I waited--they are very pretty glasses that have enough capacity and style to be used for wine or cocktails as well as water. The insert with the package says that handwashing is recommended -not dishwasher safe as indicated on the website-- but other than that I am very pleased with these glasses.
I had hoped these would be pretty everyday glasses not a high expectation. But I sent them back because the quality was so poor. The glasses were not hand-blown as described and had a bulb lip at the edge. The etching was nice but the glassware was such low quality they were not worth making space in our cupboards.
The quality of the etching is poor to say the least. a couple of the glasses look dirty because of it. The picture makes them look shinny and beautiful.i have to pay return postage so it is not worth returning. I will not order from Wisteria again.
I had to wait 2 months for these glasses but now that they are finally here I see that they are made in China not France as implied in the name of the product. The French make beautiful glassware and I thought that is what I was paying - and waiting - for not Chinese glassware. However I need these for Christmas - and needed them for Thanksgiving! - and so will keep them. I understood these were not the actual antiques that inspired them but then please Wisteria take the word French out of the title so there is no confusion about where they are made.
I love the design of these glasses but you should know they are made in China not France. Big label on the bottom of each glass MADE IN CHINA.
