Elegant, yet casualI really like this chair. The wood is a bit darker than it appears in the catalog. Its like a cross between brown and gray and has almost a driftwood variation and texture. Theres not much padding to it, so its a bit stiff. But I like that its got an elegant formal form, but the texture of the wood and the linen fabric make it a nice fit with either formal or casual furniture. Will go well with browns or grays. Price of $599 is too high, in my opinion. I got it on a sale deal for $449, which is still a bit high. Id price it closer to $350-$399.
