Add some romance to a wall in your living room, office, or bedroom with this set of nine framed art pieces. Our Je T'aime Paris Wall Art is a replica from the 17th century by Albert Jouvin de Rochefort. The original was discovered among a collection once owned by the Duke of Choiseul, Foreign Minister of France under Louis XV. It was the mapmaker's first depiction of Paris on a north-south axis, recreating the city with intricately hand-colored detail.
Seventeenth-century Paris comes alive in our Je Paris Wall Art. Framed in gilded wood.
Frames are hand-painted.

I have been looking for 8 years for the perfect piece to put on my large dining room wall. It's one of the first walls you see when coming in and I wanted to make a statement. As soon as I saw it in the catalog, I knew this was what I was waiting for! It is elegant, interesting, the colors are muted and the map is fascinating. Highly recommend. I also recommend you get someone who knows what they are doing to hang all the pieces. It took 3.5 hours to get it perfect but it was sooooo worth it! I wish I could post a picture!!
I purchased this last year for our dining room. We have light aqua walls and this artwork just pops. I used Command strips to hang these pieces, was a snap and I highly recommend using that method. Just place the center piece and the rest fit like a puzzle. This is large, stunning map and is really interesting and unique.
I love it so much! I chose to hang them so that the frames butted up against each other. It look awhile to measure, and hang evenly. You must use a level and don't get frustrated-it's worth the time and effort. It looks stunning on my very large dining room wall.
