Does not look as silvery as shownWanted a magazine holder with a bit of gleam, so thought this would fit the bill. VERY disappointed..do not see any silvery finish whatsoever...and it looks more like clay than brass..it is dull and has absolutely no shine from either the brass or silver. I want to send it back as I hate having to polish it to make it shine & not even sure that it will make a difference- who wants yet another thing to have to do? This really is false advertising.

Nice qualityBut not the finish I wanted or was pictured. The magazine holder I recieved was not silver. I wanted it to go with bathroom fixtures but it is very brassy in color not silver at all.
