Gorgeous pieceId been watching this item for a while and decided to buy it when it went on sale. I had some trepidation about the piece and the delivery because of another review, but the chest is absolutely as pictured, and gorgeous. The delivery went smoothly, the deliveryman positioned it where I wanted it and took away all packing materials. Only warning: the piece is VERY heavy. Once in place, you will not be able to move it on your own.

BeautifulI had been looking at this item longingly for over a year. When I was finally able to purchase it I was a little nervous it might not work out. It is so beautiful and the perfect addition to a guest bedroom. The white glove service is great. This piece is exactly how it is pictured.

Not What is PicturedI expected some variation in this handmade piece, but what I received is markedly different from what is in the photo. The handles on mine are a different design! The piecing is less perfect than what is pictured, so that the overall pattern is less fluid. Taking all that into consideration, along with the poor experience I had with the delivery of the item, and the HORRIBLE experience I had with Wisteria customer service, I am sorry I purchased this. This chest arrives on a pallet, in a heavy box or cardboard crate, strapped, with lots of padding and wrapping. There is no way to remove it without destroying the packing, so if you have to return it, good luck. I wont be buying from wisteria again.
