Beautiful, but hard to installI absolutely love the look of this lantern. In fact, we have two hanging in our sunroom and they look gorgeous! I initially received a damaged one and Wisteria could not have been easier to deal with. They took the damaged one back and shipped a new one out immediately. However, I have to agree with the other reviewers regarding the assembly. My electrician had a really hard time as well and Im not exactly thrilled with the way he had to do it. I also cant figure out how to clean the glass properly. The candelabra just about touch the glass panes so I cant get a cloth there easily. They are beautiful though!

Beautiful looking but dysfunctional and unsafe as isThe chandelier is gorgeous, larger than anticipated which we liked and looks beautiful in our foyer. But it cannot be connected to electricity without taking it to a repair shop. This was extremely disappointing to us. Our electrician came to install but told us the wiring was illegal and unsafe- in fact the wire was speaker wire! Not lighting wire. Now I have an additional expense that was unanticipated. So do I return this or pay more money to change the wiring or do I hang it up as a nonfunctioning chandelier. Had this been wired correctly or advertised as needing wiring installed I would have given this product five stars. Not only false advertising but dangerous advertising. Beware to anyone who has installed this using speaker wire- it is dangerous.

Very difficult to installIt is a lovely lantern for the price however my electrician had a great deal of difficulty installing it. The canopy doesnt drop making the clearance for wire attachment very difficult. He had to lengthen the wires in the ceiling in order for them to be long enough to attach outside of the canopy which had a quarter inch clearance from the ceiling and then stuff them inside the canopy. And the canopy is held in place with a visible wing nut. Very shabbily assembled in a makeshift way. the stem holding the lights is not even with the outside of the lantern but this is not terribly noticeable. The wire is also unnecessarily large gauge and covered with clear tubing when brown would be much better. I would have returned it had it not been so much trouble.

Love this!!!I wasnt sure if this would work in my 2 story foyer but it looks fabulously french and at a fraction of the price of other lamps I saw. Has nearly 10 ft of chain so it didnt need anything. I totally love this. It makes a huge statement-like jewelry for my entryway.

big and grandJust got my pair today for my new dining room! They look great hopefully not too big... - and I love the detail and the grand scale. I will be painting the clear cord to match the grey/brown stain so it blends more... Cant beat the price - Lovely!
