We selected carefully crafted wood 30 to 50 years old to produce this useful two-drawer table. The metal top has a zinc-like finish. This rustic zinc console table is equally lovely in a kitchen, potting shed or covered patio. Whether kept inside or out, it is made of iron atop natural wood and must be protected from the elements.

I purchased this table two years ago and loved it... for the first month. Assembly was fairly easy and the table looked exactly as pictured. However, a month later, the metal top began to warp in several places. The table was used indoors and had never gotten wet. It seemed like the glue holding the metal to the surface below had failed. When I called customer service, I was told I would have to pay to send the item back - and I was not willing to spend a lot of money to send back a heavy table - even if it was going to be replaced with a new one. I am disappointed in the quality of the table and in the customer service I received. I would not buy furniture from this store again.
