Dont spend your money

First I just want to say, this is my very first customer review to ever write! I feel it is that important to get the word out about this product. The only reason why this item receives 1 star is because there is no 0 star option! I ordered this mirror several months ago when it was on back order. I was very excited that it finally shipped out Nov 30. The item arrived with the mirror having popped out of the frame. It looked as if just a couple dots of hot glue was holding it together. Customer service was very friendly and said they would have it replaced. Even though I was very disappointed in the quality the frame is not much more than a spray painted foam, and the mirror is extremely thin, the whole thing quite unsubstantial, I was willing to try a replacement. Mirror number two arrived, same thing! The cheap glue had again broken seal and it arrived in two pieces. This is AFTER customer service said they would take extra precaution during shipping. So again, mirror picked up and a replacement sent. Mirror number THREE, arrived shattered!! At this point, I called and was told that this has become very common with this particular product, that it is not well made, that several people were calling with the issue of it arriving broken and they did not want to send another replacement because they were certain I would never get a non-broken mirror. HOW is it that this item is still for sale on the website! I received mediocre customer service, especially after the third attempt. I had been very calm and patient, waiting since September for this item which I had a specific place in my house that I had decorated for this specific mirror. I have been a happy and loyal Wisteria customer for years, both online, at the store in Dallas and on One Kings Lane. I am however, very disappointed with this experience and will not continue to shop with Wisteria. Do not order this mirror you will be very unhappy.

Very pretty, makes a nice focal point

I was looking for a mirror for our study and found this one. It makes a great focal point in the room, and I love the style. Note that its not nearly as shiny as the picture shows it to be. It has a duller finish and is a little more bronze-looking vs. the shiny gold displayed. It looks a little more aged than what I was expecting, but we still love it.

Love it!

We received our Sunburst mirror about a week ago after it was on backorder for about three months. We love it! We knew that it was not made of wood, so we expected it to be very light. We were very careful handling it, and hanging it was a cinch! The color is a bronzey-gold. The mirror itself has a very attractive beveled edge. Although it was pricey with shipping, we are very pleased with our purchase.

Great Mirror... not quite what expected.

The Sunburst mirror looks great and I love it. But there were a few things I feel I must mention. The mirror is VERY light, much lighter than expected. Which is nice for hanging, BUT... it seems like it is made from some sort of foam, so it is somewhat fragile and not very sturdy. I can scratch material off with my fingernail. Maybe being made of foam is what makes this mirror somewhat affordable compared to other mirrors its size -- it is pretty big. Also, mine is not nearly as bright gold as in the photo, more antiqued looking. I still like it, but a little brighter gold like the photo would have been nice. Overall, good mirror and I am happy with my purchase. I got it on promotion, I would reccomend this, dont pay full price. Dont expect a heavy well made mirror... It just looks that way until you touch it.
