Quality not what I expected |
| I was not happy with the quality of this stool. The linen/cotton covering looked like cheap material and the stitching looked sloppy to me. I got a return number and took the item to UPS and they said it would cost $70 to return it. They suggested I call Wisteria. I talked to a nice lady at CService who is issuing me a return label but it will still cost me $50. So I am out approx. $90 for shipping to here and back with nothing to show for it. I will not buy furniture from Wisteria again though I like their products since it is too cost prohibitive to return items that do not work or more importantly are not the quality you expected. |
