Great Looking Coffee TableI had been looking around a while for a large square coffee table for the family room when I found this table on the Wisteria web site. Buying furniture without seeing it first is a bit scary but I was very happy when it arrived. I agree with a prior review that the table does have a rustic feel but I wanted that for the family room where it will likely get knocked around by kids. Also agree that glass fits very tightly, but after a rotating a few different ways got it to fit perfectly. I have previously owned a coffee table with a glass top that did not fit tightly and it was difficult because crumbs got stuck in the groove. Overall I am very pleased with the look of the table.

More rustic in appearance than I was expecting ...Bought this piece because of size, design, square shape, glass top and bottom shelf for storage ...and it is as advertized, works in my space and looks OK. However, I have reservations about this piece. It is a bit more rustic appearing than I was expecting [look at the close-up shots online carefully]; it is not a refined piece of furniture. The caning on the bottom shelf is VERY flimsy; I am certain a heavy object will rip it, and repair will be impossible, rendering the table ugly; therefore, only minimal items can be stored on the bottom shelf ...certainly no heavy books! The table arrived with the 4 glass panels for the top in separate packaging; although the panels were numbered to correspond to a specific square on the table top, 2 of them were VERY difficult to fit into their corresponding square and still are not entirely flush with the table top; poor craftsmanship, to say the least. The additional $200+ shipping fee makes this piece expensive, even with the additional 20% off the sale price that I received . This table does not look worth the more than $700 it cost me to get it into my sitting room.
