Dream Worthy

After 3 months on backorder, and numerous updates regarding estimated arrival dates, I finally received this headboard. It arrived in perfect condition, wrapped, and protected by a wooden frame securely fastened to a wooden pallet. The item was easily removed, by one person, from the protective wrapping and it was a nice surprise to find button casters on the bottom of the legs which allowed the item to easily slide on various surfaces including concrete, hardwood, tile and carpet. I was pleasantly surprised to find the padding was thicker than what is obvious in the photos. The hand carving on the item is absolutely beautiful and the fabric a great neutral color. The only drawback is the headboard is heavy and must be wall mounted. Fortunately, the headboard already had the mount on the back and the hardware was included for the wall. Overall - this is an exceptional item in the Louis XVI style. It was worth the wait and I am sure will serve our family for many years to come!

Response from Wisteria:Music City Gal, glad to hear you're thrilled with your purchase! Wisteria customers, please note this headboard is no longer equipped with hardware. Due to the weight of this piece, this headboard is made to rest against the wall (unattached) lending a free-form feel to a traditional method of function.
