Plates like this one are used in India to prepare the ingredients to make chapati, an unleavened flatbread made of flour and water traditionally cooked over an open flame. Our handcarved wooden version makes a lovely centerpiece, full of candles, fruit, or anything you'd like to display. Each piece is unique and varies in size and shape. Not food safe.
