Have you ever wondered about the little brown dust-mop, teddy bear of a dog who sometimes shows up in our catalog? Her name is Ms. Audrey Hepburn, and she has a remarkable resemblance, very chic, though not a true brunette. Her coat is (officially, yes, its true) registered as WILD BOAR. Furthermore, she’s a soft coat wirehaired miniature dachshund—evidently easy to find in Germany, but (as far as we can tell) impossible here—we’ve tried. But happily, for you and us, we have many images to share of this mischievous, curious, blithe spirit of a little beast.

Audrey's favorite pastimes include diving with the turtles in the creek, snaring delicacies from unattended tabletops, and disemboweling stuffed animals. She adores having her photo taken and just sitting in front of anyone whom she can charm.

Monkey, who seems ever-so immune to Audrey's playful ways, is her five year-old terrier mix sister. She was adopted into Audrey's home from the SPCA and has been a great guardian ever since, taking particular delight in scaring the mailman when he comes to the door. Her furry, knobbly legs make us think she is part goat, part jackal, and part terrier. Monkey loves babies and gets excited every single time she sees a stroller. She is sweet, motherly, and keeps Audrey out of trouble.
