Associate Product Development Manager

Wisteria is looking to hire an Associate Product Development Manager. The Associate Product Development Manager works with the company’s Design and Branding team to develop newly adopted products and maintain each step in the process. The Associate Product Development Manager must have experience in managing multiple projects and be competent in managing a diverse range of responsibilities. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be a master at scheduling their time and be a creative problem solver.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and translate manufacturer’s capabilities with technical, creative and executable proficiencies in order to achieve desired design aesthetic, for all development projects
  • Maintain daily communication with international and domestic vendors to ensure intended end use and required quality assurance for each product (includes knowledge of import regulations and packaging)
  • Ensure each prototype stage is followed within the company timelines and is executed with attention to efficiencies
  • Keen sense of negotiating skills required to align with the company pricing strategies
  • Work with overseas teams and vendors to improve development processes and techniques in order to achieve optimal productivity
  • Responsible for maintaining project list and sample database in conjunction with weekly status report meetings including the Design/Development team and Wisteria President
  • Manage inter-departmental product hand-offs through clear and concise communication, within company calendar dates
  • Responsible for proofing all catalogs for accuracy (including pertinent details required to maximize each product’s profitability while maintaining the brand initiative)
  • Some overseas and domestic travel may be required

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience

  • 1-3 years product management, product development and/or merchandising experience required
  • Experienced user of Microsoft application (Outlook, Excel, Word). Filemaker Pro a plus

Customer Experience Specialist - Home Services Team

Wisteria is looking to hire a Customer Experience Specialist for our Home Services Team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Catalog Furniture Service Support

  • Work with furniture delivery partners and customers to resolve any shipping and/or delivery concerns.
  • Process and follow up on any carrier claims for damaged furniture.
  • Participate in the auditing of LTL invoices to ensure proper billing.

Local Delivery and Pick Ups

  • Schedule, manage and track local deliveries for all store locations.
  • Maintain delivery calendar to best manage customer expectations.
  • Manage the pick-ups and exchanges at our Benchmark location to include communication and on site experience.

Overall

  • Responsible for all incoming calls to the Home Services phone queue. This includes timely responses to voice mail.
  • Respond to incoming emails for Home Services team.
  • Follow up on any credit card issues before shipping and/or delivery.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer (VOC). Share any issues with your Team Lead/Supervisor that may have a negative impact on the customer experience.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience

  • Three years of Customer Service experience
  • Field Dispatch experience preferred but not required
  • Experienced user of all Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook

Associate Technical Designer

Wisteria is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional for the position of Associate Technical Designer. As a member of this team the Associate Technical Designer will work with the Head Designer, Brand Management Team, and Director of Design to design and build technical drawings of potential products. The Associate Technical Designer must have experience in managing multiple projects, possess strong organization skills, have good time management, and be a creative problem solver.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designing technical drawings of potential home décor and furniture.
  • Assisting in print design for our in house wall art manufacturing.
  • Contributing and assisting the Brand Management Team with ideas, designs, and product development.
  • Coordinating developments with the project managers.
  • Researching manufacturing techniques in the current market place.
