Call Center Representative
Wisteria, a growing and dynamic catalog of antiques and decorative items for the home and garden, is searching for energetic, professional, and dedicated call center representatives. Successful candidates must have a flexible schedule and be detail oriented problem solvers that excel in a fast-paced environment. Friendly disposition and positive attitude required. Candidates must also be able to set priorities while working on various assignments. Use available resources to educate yourself on product features, returns systems and customer interaction skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required. Seasonal positions available with the possibility for full-time employment and growth within the company. We are looking for Call Center Representatives to work between 12:00pm – 10:00pm Monday thru Friday. There are also occasional weekends depending on Service Level needed.

Webmaster/ Content Manager
Wisteria, a growing and dynamic catalog of antiques and decorative items for the home and garden, is searching for an energetic, professional, and dedicated person to become our Webmaster/ Content Manager. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be a creative problem solver. The Webmaster/ Content Manager will be responsible for ensuring our website becomes a dynamic, interactive and informative online source for customers to purchase product and learn about our brand. The website should be easy to navigate and informative all the while maintaining Wisteria's brand and look by directly working with the Merchandising, Catalog Production and Marketing Departments. The candidate must know how to prioritize projects and the needs for the website with clear due dates and a concise schedule. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Production.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Meeting all Website standards for Wisteria.
o Syncing website with our Mail Order Management system.
o Ensure accurate information online, including; inventory numbers, content, images etc…
o Visual changes for the website.
o Content changes for the website.
o Backend changes for the website. Ensure communication is met with IT department for integration of website with Mail Order System.
o Joint ownership of e-mail campaign creation, execution, and analyzation with Marketing department.
o Must be familiar with website technical capabilities in order to work cross-functionally with designers and programmers.
o Strategize content and user-functionality.
o Proof reading all content that goes online.
o Search Engine Optimization.
o Blogging and other new marketing vehicles.
o This is full time position that may include working more than 40 hours a week.
Critical skills include:
o Proficient in ASP programming, HTML and Java.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail.
o Ability to prioritize numerous and various projects.
o Strategic and independent thinking, planning, and follow-up skills.
o Comfortable in Mac and PC platform.
o Project management expertise with knowledge of current web technologies and development protocols.
o The ideal candidate is a strong self-starter with experience in managing marketing projects, direct marketing projects, technology-based solutions, and implementing e-commerce marketing strategies.
o Must possess a strategic, analytical mind-set as well as the ability to execute
