SHIPPING

Most standard, in-stock orders, are shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5 to 7 business days. (Our fulfillment hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST.) Credit cards will be billed at the time of shipment.

For standard shipping charges, refer to the shipping chart below. Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order.

Some items have an additional processing and delivery charge (P&D), due to their size or weight, in addition to standard shipping fees. See the additional shipping fees section below as theses charges may apply to your order. If you have any questions call customer service at 800-320-9757, option 1. Items that are freight delivery or have P&D do not qualify for expedited shipping. (For more information on expedited shipping, see the section below.)

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, call our customer service center. Expedited delivery and freight delivery are not available to these areas. Your order should arrive in approximately 10–14 business days.

At this time we cannot ship to foreign countries or U.S. territories. We ship small orders via UPS. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box; therefore, all orders must be shipped to a physical address. Larger furniture items will be shipped freight. All APO, FPO, and DPO will be shipped via USPS.

Jewelry Orders

We offer flat-rate $5 shipping on all jewelry. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping on jewelry orders placed on our website. Please call our customer service center at 800-320-9757, option 1, if you’d like to place an expedited order for jewelry.

Expedited Shipping 

For products that qualify for expedited shipping, the costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. See the chart below.

If you ordered before noon CST, your order should arrive within the expedited time chosen. Please note that expedited orders placed Friday after noon CST or on Saturday will be processed on Monday. Also, the day an item ships is not considered a transit day. Please plan accordingly when placing an expedited order.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer expedited shipping on items with a processing and delivery (P&D) fee.

Additional Shipping Fees for Oversized Items

Some items will have processing and delivery (P&D) charges due to their size or weight. In our catalog, this is indicated after the price in parenthesis and on the online product page it’s shown in the shipping tab. Expedited shipping is not available on these items. All items designated with this symbol  will require freight delivery. Freight items may require an additional 7 to 10 days for delivery. Freight delivery is not available on weekends or national holidays.

Our designated freight carrier will contact you by telephone several days in advance to schedule a specific day and an estimated delivery time. If you request a specific day or time more exact than provided by the carrier, an additional fee will apply (averaging $100–$175). If you make an appointment to have a shipment delivered, please be sure to keep that appointment. If you miss it, the delivery company will charge you an additional $105.

For freight delivery items, you may choose between the following two options:

Standard Processing and Delivery (P&D) will deliver your items inside the ground floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice. Heavier items that need more than one person to move may require your assistance. This service does not include unpacking, placing the item, or moving it up or down stairs; additional fees apply on these types of services (see White Glove Service below). Freight deliveries may be delivered on a pallet; please be prepared to dispose of the pallet yourself (some cities require you to call a bulk trash service).

Additional fees for standard processing and delivery also apply to residences with multiple steps leading up to the customer’s desired point of entry. If you have 8 or fewer steps at your point of entry, you will not be charged an additional fee. However, if you have more than 8 steps at your desired point of entry, an additional $55 will be charged. Every additional flight of stairs or additional floor level will also incur an additional charge. The first flight will be an additional $110, and an additional fee of $55 will apply for any additional flights of stairs.

White Glove Service includes delivery, unpacking, assembly, and placement of the item on the ground floor of your home. The carrier brings the item into the room or area you specify (on the ground floor), uncrates it, assembles it (if necessary), positions it, and removes all packing and shipping materials. If your item needs to move up or down a flight of stairs, an additional fee will apply. Please note: this service does not include wall mounting of any kind.

White Glove Service is offered for an additional $50 per order. If you do not choose this delivery option at the time you place your order, but wish to do so later, you will be charged an additional fee by the carrier.

Damages and Returns

Because we take so much care in packing and shipping your purchase, merchandise is rarely damaged in transit, but it can happen despite all precautions. Inspect your purchase carefully, starting with the outside of the box when it is delivered. Any damage to the outside of the box or to the product itself must be recorded on the Bill of Lading prior to signing for the delivery. Call customer service at 800-320-9757, option 1, for assistance in processing any damaged items.

If your purchase arrives damaged or is damaged in the delivery/set-up process, the carrier will repackage and return to Wisteria at no charge to you. If it is returned for another reason not related to damage, a pickup fee and return shipping fee may apply.
