One Vision International is a nonprofit organization that works with some of the world's most vulnerable people, desiring to meet immediate physical needs while helping provide resources, education, and support for communities. They long to see hope restored to the people from which it has been taken. Strategically relying on indigenous partners and the expertise of our participants, we hand-assemble teams of necessary professionals (such as builders, doctors, dentists, engineers) with other volunteers to provide assistance to communities in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Brazil and Kenya. By combining the strengths of individuals on short-term trips with local workers, we seek the best possible chance of sustainability for our projects.One Vision's ongoing and upcoming projects include clean water initiatives, feeding projects, orphanage construction, and more. They delight in the generosity and involvement of others and would love for you to get involved.
