At Wisteria, we believe every home tells a story; that each piece should have personal meaning to express you and your unique style.
The inspiration for Wisteria came from our families and our love of travel. Shannon and I dreamt of sharing the unique treasures we found around the globe with others, while at the same time finding a way to help make the world a better place. Our approach from the beginning reflects our aspirations to be good people and do good work.
Early on we recognized we needed to surround ourselves with smart, creative minds to help us develop the best product we could, unique designs that couldn’t be found anywhere else. We built a brand team, including a national design publisher, an interior decorator, a design stylist, a photographer and art historian, and an antiques expert all collaborating with Shannon and me. This amazingly gifted team had over 100 years of combined experience in design and decor. Our collection incorporates many pieces designed and developed by our skilled Wisteria team.
At first, we had a small operation from our dining room table. Now, we have over 100 employees, a store in Dallas, Texas, an engaging website, and support a different nonprofit organization each month. It’s been over a decade since we stepped on that first plane, and we’re so excited for our next trip to find great things. We hope you’ll continue to join us on this crazy, wonderful adventure.
