/ Exchange Policy
If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you
an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 30 days of
receipt of product.* Please note that you are responsible for all
return shipping charges. If the product arrives damaged please contact
Customer Service at
1-800-320-9757 option 1 within 5 business days of receipt.
Please follow
these five easy steps to return merchandise:
1. Contact customer service at 1-800-320-9757 option 1 within 30
days of receipt of merchandise.
2. Receive a return merchandise authorization number from customer
service.
3. Complete return form enclosed with invoice and include inside
of box.
4. Repack merchandise in original box with original packing material.
5. Return package by preferred shipping company to address below:

Refunds
Once an item is received, please allow one billing cycle for a refund
to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds on shipping and
handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or
arrives defective or damaged. Gift returns will be credited with
a gift certificate.
*Clearance items
are not eligible for exchange or refunds at any time.
