To qualify, please submit a tax ID form and one of the following:
• Copy of ASID, SDSA, ISES, IDS, CID, IADA, AIA, ARIDO, or IIDA membership card.
• Copy of State Professional License
• Copy of Interior Design Certification
• Copy of State Business license
