The Position:

The Director of Customer Experience is responsible for all customer contact, including Wisteria’s Call Center, social media, email and web-based inquiries. This individual works closely with all departments to ensure that the Voice of the Customer is being represented throughout the company. The role is focused on managing & developing the call center team, implementing procedures & policies to ensure all customer interactions are quickly, completely resolved and to deliver 100% customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a creative problem solver, have strong organizational skills, and have the ability to balance what’s in the best interest of the customer, Wisteria and OKA.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create and develop a process and systems that deliver excellent advice, support and response to all incoming customer requests.
  • Recruit, train and develop the customer service team
  • Plan and forecast resource requirements to best support the business
  • Be accountable for creating, developing and reporting on KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Manage the relationship and performance standards of the contact center, improving results alongside delivering outstanding customer service and quality.
  • Establish effective methods of communicating the Customer Service Strategy and processes to all departments within Wisteria/OKA
  • Identify and implement training needs and quality assessment programs
  • Control and manage costs within the budget
  • Manage mail order sales
  • Work with the retail and warehouse teams to deliver outstanding service to customers
  • Advocate for constant improvements in all aspects of the customer experience
  • Ensure the Customer Service Representatives effectively communicate our brand mission and product stories to our customers in accordance with our core values
  • Develop and implement systems to maximize efficiency in all operational areas related to Customer Service to reduce costs and increase revenues
  • Provide strong leadership to all Customer Service Representatives and foster a healthy working environment
  • Measure and improve customer satisfaction, including surveys of web, catalog, and store customers, focus groups, etc.
  • Manage all aspects of the return process, with an emphasis on reducing returns

The Position:

Wisteria is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional for the position of Technical Furniture Designer. As a member of this team the Technical Furniture Designer will report to the Product Design and Development Manager and work closely with the VP of Design to design and build technical drawings of potential products. The Product Designer must have experience in managing multiple projects, possess strong organization skills, have good time management, and be a creative problem solver.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing technical drawings of potential home decor and furniture via SolidWorks CAD and hand sketches
  • Provide product specification information to Vendors
  • Photoshop images, as needed, for Wisteria’s Wall Art Gallery
  • You'll also be expected to:

    • Meet KPIs for the position as well as support Departmental KPIs
    • Revise drawings as needed by the vendors
    • Research manufacturing techniques in the current marketplace

    • This is a full-time position that sometimes includes working more than 40 hours a week

The Position:

The Quality Assurance Specialist serves as an integral part of the product development team. The role is integral to the success management of the critical path of the development cycle and has been created to assist the Product Designer and Functional Manager, in delivering product to the agreed specification.

Role objective:

  • Support the product development process to ensure all products are safe, durable and functional and meet the requirements for the use of each item and desired specifications from design team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise suppliers of technical, construction and amendments required to meet Wisteria quality and technical standards
  • Assess and approve samples and product technical files (PSS) to ensure products meet quality and legal requirements
  • Report potential QC issues with the packaging and/or products
  • Ensure all products are executed in terms of construction, fittings, means of production, finish, raw material, packaging, assembly instructions, labelling etc. to agreed quality and customer standards
  • Work closely with the product development team to make sure that technical tasks are completed in line with the critical path
  • Support our stores and customer service center by answering specific product questions within 24 hours
  • Update and work within a PLM system. (WFX)
  • Write change request forms (CR) which will be shared with suppliers to document changes to products to ensure updates are completed and version management is controlled
  • Own product detailing of dimensions and ensure accurate specs are listed on the website

You'll also be expected to:

  • Work closely with the company’s teams/agents in India, China, and southeast Asia.
  • Communicate with the suppliers during the development cycle to acquire the gold seal sample and swatches
  • Manage the supplier swatch library to ensure accurate swatches are available for sample review and approval
  • Work within the parameters of the company’s Environmental and Social Governance policies

Responsibilities include:

  • Engage, Manage, Mentor and Train Customer Experience Representatives including one on one meetings and weekly reviews of team metrics
  • Manage Customer Experience Lead and monitor administrative duties
  • Monitor call que to ensure highest level of service

  • Manage monthly staffing schedule
