The Customer Experience Representative’s primary responsibility is to answer incoming service calls, respond to customer emails and deliver an excellent customer experience. The Position:

The role of the product development coordinator is to support and co-ordinate all functions of the product development process. The role is integral to the success management of the critical path of the development cycle and has been created to assist the Product Designer and Functional Manager, in delivering product on time and to the agreed specification. The role is ideally suited for someone who is passionate about detail with a desire to work within a creative design led function.

Role Objective:

  • Support and co-ordinate all functions of the product development process in accordance to the sample product critical path
  • Assist the Product Designers and Functional Manager by working with suppliers to deliver product samples on-time and to the agreed specification
  • To execute the development of furniture and home dĂ©cor products by developing product specification documents in accordance with the design requirements
  • To work with the suppliers to ensure that each product has an accurate gold seal sample that arrives according to the timelines and agreed costs
  • To manage and document development changes of current products and communicate changes with merchandising department
  • To work closely with Quality Assurance team to improve the product quality.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Work with approved suppliers to obtain all necessary sample information acquired from sourcing trips and communication with vendors until the first stock order is placed
  • Maintain up-to-date sample and product information in the Product Lifecycle Management system.
  • Ensure samples arrive in the US in a timely, and cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure product quality is consistent with the gold seal sample throughout the product lifecycle
  • Accurately manage and maintain new product SKU and supplier setup
  • Create and send sample POs
  • Execute stock allocation imports subsequent to the sample reviews

You'll also be expected to:

  • Work closely with the company’ shared services in India, China, and southeast Asia.
  • Communicate with the suppliers during the development cycle until the first production order is placed

The staff accountant manages merchandising vendor payments, reconciles sales, assists with month-end closing and conducts analysis, as needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage International merchandising vendor payments, which include payment processing, wire transfer preparation, and reconciliation of statement of account
  • Monthly end closing and inter-company transactions

The Position:

The Position:

The Retail Trade Representative is responsible for exceeding the trade sales plan in the local trade area. Activities include networking with Interior Designers, Custom Home Builders, Real Estate Stagers, Area Trade Associations, Neighborhood Associations, sales prospecting and providing a level of service that builds relationships. Acts as a trade liaison with all retail trade customers, as well as brand advocate within the local community. The position will help to support the goals and strategies set by Wisteria’s Corporate Office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develops, manages and grows the Trade Customer Base in a defined geographic region.
  • Exceeds Sales Plan for Trade in the Retail Store.
  • Tracks Results using NetSuite or SalesForce.
  • Achieves goals for contacts and new to file trade customer additions.
  • Develops and executes events that drive traffic to position Wisteria as a major resource for Trade Clients.

The Position:

The Retail Call Center Specialist supports key processes and functions essential to Trade and Business to Business Sales at Wisteria, providing front line assistance to our most demanding clients. This professional is essential to the Wisteria Trade Program both internally and externally. The Retail Call Center Specialist will deliver highly personalized customer service to Wisteria Trade clients nationwide by telephone and e-mail. This includes answering inquiries, fulfilling requests, entering and processing orders, resolving customer order issues, and providing an overall superior level of service to all Trade and Hospitality Clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet clients by telephone and email, delivering prompt and exceptional levels of customer service at all times.
  • Process transactions and other operational procedures accurately and efficiently within NetSuite and SalesForce.
  • Provide Sales Support to trade sales employees of Wisteria by generating quotes, assisting in the processing of sales, and fielding questions in their absences.
  • Identify customer needs and assist with product selection by providing appropriate product choices, related items, and additional information as needed.
  • Complete customer order entry efficiently and accurately. Analyze and communicate product estimated ship and arrival dates.

You'll also be expected to:

  • Provide Trade Clients with follow up services including status checks, change orders, damaged and displaced orders, and required sales tax documentation updates.
  • Provide an exceptional level of service by responding to Trade Client concerns and questions politely and accurately, and represent Wisteria with integrity in all interactions.

The Position:

The Product Design Manager will manage the Design and Development Team and facilitate the design process from concept to launch. Catalog and communicate product design inspiration, specifications, and selling points to the company.


Responsibilities include:

  • Works closely with VP of Design on innovation and development of new projects
  • Assists VP in creating overall strategic vision and direction for the department
