1. Create a NEW ACCOUNT on the page

2. Complete the TRADE MEMBER APPLICATION. (Note: Be sure to download the form to your computer before filling out).

3. Email the completed application and required documents, listed below, to Be sure to send from the same address as in your customer profile from step 1.

On receipt of your application and required documentation, a Wisteria Trade representative will contact you by email within 48 hours to confirm the outcome of your application.

At least one of the following documents is required to support your Wisteria Trade application:

  • State Issued Company Business License, or Printed Business Card, or link to Your Company Website
  • Evidence of valid membership in a major design organization such as AIA, ARIDO, ASID, CID, DSA, IADA, IDS, IIDA, ISE and SDSA.

If your company wishes to make purchases net of applicable sales taxes you must also submit current, valid copies of your:

  • State Issued Sales & Use Tax Permit, showing the name and permit number of your business
  • Completed and Signed copy of the corresponding Reseller’s Certificate naming Wisteria as the Seller. Additionally, your certificate must be updated every 2 years thereafter.

If your company wishes to include more than one employee on your Wisteria Trade Account, please submit a list of authorized users with their e-mail address, first and last names, and telephone numbers.

Wisteria Trade accounts are exclusively for professional interior designers, decorators, architects, home stylists, and builders that work with homeowners and developers on their design or construction projects. We also welcome applications from commercial entities, hotels, restaurants, and specifiers of hospitality projects.


Once you are enrolled in the Designer Program, you have three ways to order:

Anyone who can provide a copy of their current membership with one of the listed industry associations: ASID, DSA, SDSA, ISES, IDS, CID, IADA, AIA, ARIDO, or IIDA; or can provide a State Professional License, State Business License, or Interior Design Certification.

We will process your request and email you a Designer ID # and Designer promo code. Once your account is processed, you can use your promo code immediately, simply log into your designer account online and enter the provided promo code at checkout.

The Designer Program promo code cannot be combined with other offers or promo codes.

This Agreement reserves the right to set forth the terms and conditions for enrollment in the Wisteria Design Program. Wisteria may change the Design Program or these Terms and Conditions without notice. Any changed Terms and Conditions become effective immediately upon being posted. Continued use of program benefits constitutes agreement to the changed Terms and Conditions.

Trade Discount

Design professionals receive a trade discount of 25% off all regularly priced merchandise for purchases made through and in our retail stores (excluding outlet).

The trade discount is not valid with any other offer, on Outlet purchases, on floor samples, on purchases of gift cards, promotional items, gift wrap, shipping/surcharges and processing fees or taxes. The trade discount is not redeemable for cash. Wisteria reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the trade discount at its discretion. The trade discount is neither valid nor recognized at Outlet locations.

Tax Exempt Purchasing

If you intend to purchase merchandise for resale, you will be required to submit copies of your City or State issued Sales & Use Tax Permit, as well as a completed and signed Resale or Resellers Certificate naming Wisteria as the Seller. Both documents are required for your purchases to qualify as "Tax Exempt." Without this documentation, sales tax will be applied to all orders and purchases in stores.

To ensure that no sales tax is charged on future purchases intended for resale, please scan and email all pages of completed Resale Certificates and/or Permits to Please use the same email address that is associated with your account. Only one set of documents is required per firm.

When shopping in our stores, please mention your tax exempt status to the sales associate at the time of purchase.

Enrollment in the Wisteria Design Program is granted to interior designers, architects, set designers, stylists, stagers, decorators, home developers and hospitality professionals.

To qualify, please provide at least one of the following:

  • Current Business or State Professional License in a Residential or Commercial Design-based business, or the Hospitality industry
  • ASID, DSA, SDSA, ISE, IDS, CID, IADA, AIA, ARIDO or IIDA enrollment card (if applicable)

Additionally, if you are going to claim a tax exemption, you must also send a Resale or Sales Exemption Tax Certificate applicable to the state(s) to which you are shipping your order(s). Please note that this paperwork will need to be renewed every two years to maintain your tax exempt status.

Wisteria reserves the right to make all enrollment determinations at our sole discretion. Each professional must individually apply for enrollment by submitting their individual qualifications. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.


Enrollment is valid for two years. Enrollment is not transferable. The named professional must present his or her customer number to receive the trade discount at time of purchase.

Misuse of program benefits may result in enrollment termination. Misuse includes, without limitation: submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with an enrollment application.

Wisteria reserves the right to terminate an enrollment or cancel the Design Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice to the participant.
