Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on merchandise purchased on or after Monday, June 29. No returns will be accepted.

Purchases made before Monday, June 29 on wisteria.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase per the instructions outlined below. You may also return small parcel items that were shipped via Fedex at our Inwood Village, Dallas, or West Alabama, Houston locations. Freight items may not be returned to stores.

Purchases made before Monday, June 29 in our Inwood Village, Dallas and West Alabama, Houston locations may be returned in-store within 30 days of purchase.

Clearance items (products with prices ending in .99), purchases made at our Outlet, and gifts (products without a purchase receipt) are not eligible for return or refund. Items that have been reupholstered or altered in any way are not eligible for return. Please note you are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, we will refund the merchandise price and return shipping within 2 days of receipt.

For instructions on how to return an item purchased before Monday, June 29, select one of the below options. Please be aware that items sent back to Wisteria without a return merchandise authorization number will not be eligible for a refund and the items will not be shipped back to the customer.


Complete the following within 30 days of purchase:

  1. Email Customer Service at customerservice@wisteria.com within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Receive a return merchandise authorization number and return shipping label.
  3. When possible, please repack item(s) in original box with original packing materials.
  4. Affix return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop at your nearest FedEx location.
  5. A return shipping fee will apply; you will be credited for the cost of the returned item upon arrival at our facility. Initial delivery fees are non-refundable.

Complete the following within 30 days of purchase:

  1. Email Customer Service at customerservice@wisteria.com within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Receive a return merchandise authorization number.
  3. Customer Service will help coordinate repacking and pickup of item(s).
  4. A pickup fee and return shipping fee will apply. You will be credited for the cost of the returned item upon arrival at our facility. Initial delivery fees are non-refundable.

  5. Please note: Large Freight items may not be returned to stores.

Small Parcels

Complete the following within 2 business days of purchase:

  1. Email Customer Service at customerservice@wisteria.com. You will be required to provide a picture of the damaged or defective product.
  2. Receive a return merchandise authorization number and a return shipping label.
  3. When possible, please repack item(s) in original box with original packing materials.
  4. Affix return shipping label to the outside of the box.
  5. Either drop box at your nearest FedEx location or Customer Service will help coordinate pickup of item(s).


Freight Items

Complete the following within 2 business days of receipt:

  1. Upon delivery, inspect outside of package and note any damages prior to signing delivery paperwork.*
  2. If contents of package are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped:
  3. Receive a return merchandise authorization number.
  4. Customer Service will help coordinate repacking and pickup of item(s).


*Signing the POD upon delivery of an item does not constitute acceptance of the item as-is, and you are still able to return the item if it is damaged inside the packaging.
